This notice explains how Siberiana Husky Sleddog processes personal data when users browse the website, use the booking system, purchase gift vouchers or access reserved areas.

Data processed

When visiting https://www.siberianahuskysleddog.com and the booking system at booking.siberianahuskysleddog.com, technical browsing data may be processed, such as IP address, request date and time, pages visited, browser, operating system, device information and data necessary for service security.

When users send requests, make a booking or purchase a gift voucher, data voluntarily provided may be processed, including first name, last name, email, phone number, selected language, excursion date and time, number and type of participants, amounts, booking code, payment status and service communications.

For excursion participants, first name, last name, date of birth, weight and place or country of birth may be requested. In the Italian flow, the Italian municipality of birth or country of birth may be requested; in the English, French and Spanish flows, country of birth is required.

Purposes of processing

Data is processed to answer user requests, manage bookings and gift vouchers, organize excursions, verify safety limits and participation rules, manage payments, send service communications, handle changes or cancellations and comply with administrative, accounting and tax obligations.

Technical data is processed to allow the website to function, protect sessions, prevent abuse, maintain system security and solve technical issues.

Legal bases

Processing for requests, bookings, gift vouchers, payments and service communications is based on pre-contractual measures or performance of the contract with the user.

Processing required for administrative, tax and accounting obligations is based on compliance with legal obligations.

Processing of technical data, essential logs, security measures, abuse prevention, technical maintenance and protection of the Controller’s rights is based on the Controller’s legitimate interest.

Processing of data needed for CSEN membership and insurance coverage is carried out to manage the sports activity and allow participation in excursions according to the applicable rules.

Consent is requested only for optional processing activities that legally require it. It is not the general legal basis for booking or service performance.

Participants, minors and CSEN

Participants’ personal data is collected by Siberiana to organize the activity safely, apply age and weight limits and complete sports membership and the related insurance coverage.

Authorized Siberiana staff enter the necessary data in the portal of Centro Sportivo Educativo Nazionale A.P.S. – CSEN, including first name, last name, date of birth and municipality or country of birth. CSEN processes the data received according to its own notice for individual members.

Providing the required data is necessary to complete membership and allow participation in the activity with the applicable coverage. For minor participants, data must be provided by the parent or person with parental responsibility.

Gift vouchers and payments

Gift voucher purchases may involve processing purchaser data, recipient data, amount, voucher type, optional personalized message, delivery method and information required for delivery and administration.

Booking and gift voucher payments are managed through Axerve/PAGAM or related payment services. During payment, transaction data may be sent to the provider, such as amount, transaction code, customer or purchaser email, payment outcome and internal booking or voucher references.

Service communications and reserved areas

Siberiana may send communications necessary for the service, such as confirmations, reminders, updates, cancellations, links to retry an incomplete payment and messages relating to gift vouchers or the booked experience.

Communications may be sent through email service providers appointed to support service delivery.

Administrator and collaborator areas are accessible only to authorized persons. In those areas, technical credentials, access sessions, account status and operational data necessary to manage excursions are processed.

Cookies, maps and external services

The website and booking system use technical cookies and similar tools necessary for operation, security and session management. More information is available in the Cookie Policy.

The home page embeds Google Maps and the website may contain links to social networks, Google Maps, TripAdvisor, press, radio or TV websites. When users load the map or open an external service, the relevant provider may process data under its own notice.

Some technical resources, such as fonts, graphic libraries or style sheets, may be provided by external services necessary to display the pages.

Recipients, providers and transfers

Data may be processed by authorized personnel and providers supporting hosting, technical maintenance, email delivery, payments, administration and tax or legal advice. Data necessary for sports membership and insurance coverage is communicated to CSEN, which processes it according to its own notice. Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers take place in accordance with the safeguards provided by the GDPR, where applicable. Personal data is not sold to third parties.

Retention periods

Contractual, administrative and tax data is retained for the periods required by law and for the time necessary to protect rights.

Participant and membership data is retained for the time necessary to manage the activity and comply with applicable sports, insurance and legal obligations.

Sessions and technical data are retained for the time necessary for operation and security. Technical logs are retained for periods proportionate to security, maintenance and abuse-prevention purposes.

Data subject rights

Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability where provided by the GDPR. For minors’ data, rights are exercised by the parent or person with parental responsibility.
